The official operator describes the Gulbenes - Alūksnes narrow-gauge (750 mm) railway as a regular 33 km passenger route between Gulbene and Alūksne, with two daily trips in each direction. The operator publishes Gulbene as a timetable origin, tickets at the Gulbene depot or from the conductor, request-stop rules, and toilets in the passenger cars; it says the historic cars are not equipped with assistive devices but the train is available to people with disabilities. The official fare PDF lists EUR 5.00 for the full-route basic single trip. Child/infant policy, stroller policy, and an operator-stated duration are not published on the opened pages. The 2026 homepage separately lists dated steam-locomotive operation, so smoke/noise and limited special dates are caveats rather than a separate ride row. The operator contact/registered address is preserved as Viestura iela 16G and is not substituted for the published station origin.
